If you have received a faulty item, please proceed to our Returns Portal, which can be easily accessed here: https/Url. Through the portal, you can submit your return.
In cases where you need to return an item, we provide a pre-paid label for you to print at home or in store. Rest assured, you will not incur any charges for using this returns label.
If you incur any shipping costs while returning a faulty item, please maintain your shipping receipt. We will reimburse you for your shipping expenses if you send us a copy of the receipt by email.
If a refund or a replacement is necessary and approved, it will be processed accordingly. Should you choose to keep the item and opt for a partial refund, the percentage of the refund will be specified in our correspondence with you.
