What to do if I have received an incorrect/faulty item?Updated 8 months ago

We always aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

If you've received a faulty item or if a wrong item has been sent to you, please the Returns Portal here > https://walkinwardrobeonline.com/pages/returns-portal, you'll be able to submit your return for a faulty/incorrect item and there will be a pre-paid label for you to print at home or print in store to send back to us (If you are based in the UK). You'll not be charged for the returns label. 

Republic of Ireland customers/ rest of the world.

Post back your order to us using a tracked method (An Post or DPD for example). Please keep a hold of your shipping receipt so we can reimburse you for your shipping and email to us a copy.
